Cookie Policy

Last updated: Oct 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Numiya Ltd, trading as SeeYou (also referred to as SeeYou Loyalty) ("SeeYou", "we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise your device and provide essential functionality. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way, and this policy covers them too.

Cookies can be:

  • session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser;
  • persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them;
  • first-party cookies, which are set by the website you are visiting;
  • third-party cookies, which are set by another organisation's service used on that website.

2. How we use cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to provide and secure our platform. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, so we do not show a cookie banner.

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • analytics;
  • advertising or marketing;
  • cross-site tracking or behavioural profiling;
  • social media tracking pixels.

3. Cookies we use

These cookies are set when a business user signs in to the SeeYou platform.

These cookies do not track your activity across other websites.

Subscription payments are completed on Stripe's own checkout page, which is covered by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies. Stripe does not set cookies on our website.

4. If you are a customer of a business using SeeYou

The sign-up page you reach by scanning a business's QR code does not set cookies or use local storage. When you add a loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, this happens in Apple's or Google's app or website, under their own privacy and cookie policies.

5. Hosting and security

Our website and platform are hosted by Vercel in the United Kingdom. Vercel processes technical information, such as network requests and IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. It does not set cookies on our website for analytics or tracking, and we do not use Vercel Analytics.

6. Changes to how we use cookies

If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them, where the law requires it.

7. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies through their settings. If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the SeeYou platform.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
